Overview
SOLD OUT – The FAAA Brisbane Metro Inspire Committee is proud to host our annual International Women’s Day Event 2026, a flagship celebration of women in financial advice – and the leaders, allies and organisations who actively champion progress. Aligned with the 2026 International Women’s Day theme, Balance the Scales, this event focuses on fairness, visibility and action – highlighting the role our profession can play in creating safer, more equitable workplaces and pathways for women in financial advice. IWD 2026 will once again bring together financial advisers, licensee teams, fund managers, product partners, industry leaders, women and men in advice, early-career professionals and future talent.
To dial up the fun, we’re adding an IWD‑themed trivia showdown – with our Partners and Sponsors stepping up as the competing teams. The audience won’t miss out though; expect plenty of chances to cheer, guess along and get involved.
Hosted live, teams will race through fast‑paced questions and challenges, with one group ultimately crowned our inaugural IWD Trivia Champions. It’s quick, lively and guaranteed to bring laughs alongside the big conversations of the day.
Participate in a charitable fundraiser to support a meaningful cause. Proceeds raised from fundraising on the day will go towards Lovewell Foundation.
We look forward to seeing you there!
