Phil had spent over 10 years at the Association of Financial Advisers (AFA)\, including most recently as CEO before the successful vote to merge with the Financial Planning Association (FPA). \nHe has previously worked for Netwealth as General Manager Governance and Advice\, and Colonial First State\, where he was the Head of Risk Management & Compliance for the CFS Advice business. Phil has been in the financial services industry for over 25 years\, having also worked with AMP\, MLC and Perpetual. \nPhil has been responsible for policy\, including the Quality of Advice Review\, and the implementation of the requirements of the Professional Standards legislation and the Royal Commission Recommendations. Each team will consist of one planner\, two guests/clients\, and one BDM sponsor\, with sponsors allocated by the Chapter Committee. \nThis year’s event promises to be another great day of networking with fellow Chapter members\, colleagues and friends. For those who would like to attend but not play golf\, we are pleased to again offer a Pilates session with an accredited instructor\, commencing at 11:30am\, before joining the golfers for lunch. \nWe would be delighted to welcome you as a participant at this year’s event. \nThis event is in support of the Future2 Foundation\, with proceeds raised through fundraising on the day only\, via fundraising activities\, being donated to the Future2 Foundation.  \nWe look forward to seeing you there. \nFAAA Ballarat Chapter Committee \nAmbrose Rules:1. Players with an official Golf Link Handicap must use that handicap2. Otherwise\, maximum handicap of 18 for men (if no Golf Link Handicap applies) and 36 for women will apply3. Each player must take three (3) drives4. Each player must place the ball within one (1) club length of the designated shot location5.
