She has also worked in senior change and transformation\, and marketing roles for some of Australia’s leading financial institutions. Sarah holds a BA from the University of Sydney\, an MBA from Macquarie University (MGSM) and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. \n																														 \nIan Fryer \nGeneral Manager\, Chant West \nIan has been involved in the super industry for about 25 years and has been with Chant West for more than 16 years. As General Manger\, Ian has overall responsibility for all of Chant West’s research and consulting services.   Prior to becoming General Manager\, Ian spent more than 15 years as the company’s Head of Research.   A well-known industry figure\, Ian is a respected leader and values the great relationships he has built across the broader sector.   Helping super funds improve their operations and member services\, and implement initiatives driving greater member outcomes\, is Ian’s passion.
