Inspire series: Opportunity to grow your personal brand and network

Join the FAAA Western Australia Inspire Committee as they return with another four-part GROW series. Designed to empower women in the finance industry and foster professional growth.

Session 3

Julissa Shrewsbury will interview a panel of women (Cara Graham, Kathryn Creasy & Renee Oldfield) to unpack and discuss building a personal brand, finding your financial planning home, different ways of networking and more.

Julissa Shrewsbury is Director of New Work Consulting, a specialist advisory working with organisations on how their people connect with and communicate the brand. Julissa believes that “When people value themselves and their contribution, and can articulate this clearly, they step up, care more and act like leaders.”

NWC’s focus is building brand confidence in teams and brand trust with stakeholders. Julissa has developed the Brand Culture Connection Framework to assist boards and leadership teams to assess and address how well the insides of the organisation match theoutsides, in order to build trust and visibility – and how engaged and empowered their people are to lead the message of ‘Who we are’, ‘What we stand for’ and ‘The value we bring’.

This session is part of a four-part series and sessions are not sold separately;
