With experience supporting both couples and individuals, Josephine focuses on the emotional and behavioural drivers behind financial decision-making and relationship with money. Drawing on current research and therapeutic practice, she explores how symptoms like impulsivity, time blindness, and executive dysfunction can disrupt financial wellness—and what financial professionals can do to support these clients more effectively.
