Jenna Marinucci

Jenna Marinucci is an Associate Adviser at Marin Wealth and holds a Bachelor of Business from Griffith University, majoring in Financial Planning and Taxation.
She began her career in financial advice in 2021 and has developed experience across the advice process, with a focus on helping clients make informed financial decisions and supporting them throughout their financial journey.
Jessie-Lee Curtis
Professional Year Candidate, BWC Wealth Partners
Jessie is an aspiring financial adviser that has completed her Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting and Financial Planning. She passed the financial adviser exam ahead of graduating, with a clear focus on accelerating her journey into the profession.
Jessie draws on her background in accounting, prior experience in banking, and a proactive approach to learning — having immersed herself in the profession through events, networking, and an internship — to build a strong foundation in financial advice.
Jessie has served on the FAAA Emerging Professionals Committee and is passionate about supporting new entrants and career changers as they navigate the early stages of their advice careers. A 2025 finalist for Women in Wealth’s Graduate of the Year, she is dedicated to increasing the visibility and participation of women in financial advice.
Joel Perryman

Joel Perryman is a Financial Adviser with a unique career journey, transitioning from gym owner to financial advice professional. Joel has served as Chair of the FAAA Emerging Professionals Committee and was a 2025 finalist for the prestigious Tony Munday Award.
A career-changer, Joel brings a diverse skill set and a client-first approach, underpinned by his completion of the Bachelor of Financial Advice at the University of South Australia in 2023. He thrives on helping people take control of their financial future, blending technical knowledge with genuine care and understanding.
Outside of work, Joel is a devoted husband and dad, a passionate Richmond Tigers supporter, and a self-confessed all-round nerd.
