In this webinar, we will explore the key advice and licensing considerations when assisting clients with aged care decisions, including the distinction between providing information and personal advice, the scope of AFSL authorisations, and common compliance pitfalls advisers should be aware of. We also examine the findings and recommendations from the recent Accommodation Pricing Review and the potential implications.
Key topics include:
- Understanding advice versus information in an aged care context
- Common compliance issues and best-practice approaches
