Neil joined Tupicoffs in 2002 after spending many years with major financial institutions.

Neil has been Chair of the Financial Planning Association Board and the Chair of the Financial Planning Standards Board Council.

During his role as an FPA Director, he has been pivotal in the FPA’s evolution into a professional association and in raising standards for members. Neil worked with members, government and lawmakers to ensure the profession evolved.

During his time as Chair of FPSB, Neil was involved in lifting the standards of financial planning and in the management of the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® designation globally.
