Jacqui Cooper
Winter Olympian and World Champion Aerial Skier
Keynote
All locations
Bio
Jacqui Cooper is a living testament to the power of possibility. A five-time Winter Olympian, World Champion, and one of the most successful aerial skiers in the history of the sport, Jacqui has spent over two decades quite literally defying gravity.
Her 20-year career wasn’t just defined by medals and records—it was a masterclass in resilience, reinvention, and relentless self-belief. From the moment she joined the Australian ski team at just 16, Jacqui dared to dream bigger than anyone around her. In a sport where athletes often peak quickly and retire early, she pushed the limits—returning from serious injuries including knee reconstructions, a shattered hip, and a broken back to not only compete but dominate on the world stage.
She was the first Australian woman to win a World Cup title in aerial skiing and went on to break multiple world records, including the highest score ever recorded in the sport. But it’s not just her athletic feats that set Jacqui apart—it’s her mindset.
Keynote: A Champion Attitude
A powerhouse speaker with a natural gift for storytelling, Jacqui captivates audiences with her honesty, humour, and unfiltered insights into the grit behind the glory. Whether she’s unpacking resilience, goal-setting, or the psychology of performance, Jacqui doesn’t just inspire—she shifts people’s thinking.
Her keynote isn’t a highlight reel. It’s a behind-the-scenes look at what it really takes to overcome adversity, sustain success, and pursue big dreams—on and off the mountain. Her message is bold but clear: you don’t need to be an Olympian to think like one.
Jacqui’s story resonates across industries and generations. She’s worked with corporate teams, schools, sports organisations, and leaders across the globe who are looking to energise their people and cultivate a culture of ambition, courage, and grit. Authentic, high-energy, and unapologetically real, Jacqui Cooper isn’t just a motivational speaker—she’s a catalyst for change.

Stuart leads business development at Claras, focusing on building partnerships that are strategic, scalable, and customer-centric. With a background in digital strategy and solution consulting, he works across sales, growth, and operations to bring Claras to the advisers who need it most. Stuart is an educator.
Claras is a lot more than file notes. Advisers have been creating ROAs, SOAs, strategy papers, client reviews and more for 6+ months now. Over that time our Document Creator has evolved so advisers can brief in and refine any type of advice document, then have it review the results and feed- back any recommendations. This is critical, to give advisers confidence that AI is helping rather than hallucinating.
Here’s some of the differentiators:
Clarity+, a living fact find that updates with each client meeting – great for meeting prep and adviser onboarding. There’s also a visual view of the client story, showing key themes and financials.
Licensee templates. We’ve been working with licensees to release official template in our template library – so practices can quickly start generating advice documents using approved, compliant templates.
