Session Overview

Australia’s ageing population, growing client expectations and significant aged care reforms are creating new challenges and opportunities for financial advisers. As more retirees and their families seek guidance through later-life transitions, aged care is increasingly becoming an integral part of the advice journey rather than a specialist niche.

This webinar explores the demographic trends driving demand for aged care advice and examines how the changing retirement landscape is reshaping adviser-client conversations. Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of the three phases of retirement, including the frailty years, and how these stages influence planning, decision-making and client outcomes.

The session will also examine the practical implications of the new aged care rules and what they mean for advisers seeking to deliver value while meeting professional and ethical obligations. Through practical tips, advisers will learn how to identify aged care needs, initiate meaningful client conversations, and develop advice processes that align with their business model.

Whether you intend to provide aged care advice directly or utilise specialist support, this webinar will provide practical strategies to become aged care ready and position your practice to meet growing client demand.
