Session Overview

This session will provide participants with an understanding of the risks that our clients face as they age and the opportunities that might present for them to be taken advantage of, either via unconscionable conduct or undue influence.  This session will give participants an opportunity to understand how best to protect clients from those risks and develop strategies for combating elder abuse.

In this webinar Anna will help you understand the current case law related to self-managed superannuation funds (SMSFs) and loss of capacity.  What documents you need to have in place to protect your clients as they age. Anna will also talk about the differing Federal and State laws around loss of capacity advisers will need to be aware of and how to protect themselves and their clients.
