“I have a genuine interest in helping people navigate financial decisions. I find the psychology around managing finances fascinating as no two situations are ever the same, and it is for that reason I believe a genuine personalised approach is paramount to the success of the client/adviser relationship.”
Jennifer has been a financial adviser since 2007 and is part of a family legacy that has existed since 1963. With an objective outlook at the forefront of her process, she has assisted countless families and individuals on the road to achieving their own version of financial freedom. ‘It is so satisfying to see the look of relief in the eyes of my clients, when the realise they’re starting to kick their goals and can see the progress they’re making.”
Following a few long, hard years in the financial planning industry, Jennifer proudly purchased the business from her father in 2022. Ensuring their clients had continuity of care was and still, remains important to her, with long term, stable relationships being the ultimate goal. “I want to see my clients achieve their goals and be a reliable professional they can count on.”
Away from the office, Jennifer swaps her heels for joggers as a member of her local running group, enjoying the benefits of an active lifestyle that help provide balance to her other loves – wine, chocolate and fermented foods! With 2 young daughters at home, restaurant visits are now often swapped for new recipe testing in the kitchen over a good bottle of wine. Jennifer finds comfort near the water, choosing the beach as her place to escape and enjoys cleaning the house with a podcast for company. A close group of lovely friends add the finishing touches to her life away from work, enjoying catch ups where she can.
As for the future – travel is on the cards. “I want my children to grow up travelling, experiencing different places and spending time as a family and I hope to do one trip a year so there’s always something for us to look forward to.”
