Since 2007 when Future2 was established on the initiative of FPA members, $1.5 million has been committed in grants to grassroots programs that transform the lives of young people who through no fault of their own, struggle to make a ‘go’ in life.
Future2 Make the Difference! Grants program
Future2 grants are directed at grassroots programs supporting young Australians aged between 12 – 25 years old who are experiencing social, financial or physical hardship.
The grants support projects and programs that assist young Australians who may be:
- Living in poverty
- Homeless
- At risk of juvenile justice or transitioning out of it
- Intellectually or physically disabled
- Socially isolated
- Living in dysfunctional family situations
- Fighting substance abuse.
