Back by popular demand, the FAAA WA INSPIRE GROW Series returns in 2026 as a 3-Part Event Series!
Led by the WA Inspire Committee, this series is dedicated to empowering women in finance, fostering leadership, and driving meaningful industry change.
With three highly anticipated sessions running from August to October 2026, the series will once again take place at the Telethon Speech and Hearing centre in Wembley.

Amber is an Australian Certified Financial Planner who specialises in helping globally mobile families make confident, long term financial decisions across borders. Having lived abroad with her own family, she brings lived experience to the financial, emotional and practical realities of building a life in more than one country.
With experience across almost every facet of financial planning, Amber offers a rare whole of life perspective on the complexities that arise when careers, assets and family decisions span jurisdictions.
She is the creator and host of the interview series Thriving Abroad, where she shares the real stories of women who have moved overseas, the opportunities, the trade offs and the practical lessons for those considering the same path.
Amber is deeply committed to strengthening financial agency, particularly for women, so that money becomes a tool that expands life choices rather than limits them.
She serves on the FAAA Inspire and Gen Next Committees and is a sessional tutor at Curtin University teaching Superannuation, Retirement Planning and Estate Planning.
As a mother of four who has navigated career growth alongside international moves, Amber has fostered her niche of family orientated, international financial planning.

Having been in the industry since 1995, Rebecca has the knowledge, skills and experience to deliver superior strategies in line with the objectives of her clients.
She has accumulated considerable technical knowledge in the areas of wealth creation, personal and business insurance, superannuation; self-managed super funds and retirement planning.
Rebecca provides a strong client focus and combined with trust, reliability, responsibility and integrity she offers a unique and consistent service of financial planning.
Rebecca’s priority is to build long term relationships and develop lifetime financial plans based on a clear understanding of each client’s personal circumstances and aspirations.
She is also an innovator, having developed her own software specialising in life insurance advice, with robo life insurance advice soon to be released.

She has worked in the financial services industry for 20 years, spending the first 5 years of her career with JBWere (formerly Goldman Sachs JBWere) and the last 15 years with The Wealth Designers.
Cara plays an active role in the financial advice community, having been involved with the Inspire Committee since 2019 and currently acting as the WA State Chair. In this role, she works to empower women with their finances and aims to increase the number of female financial advisers in Australia.
She has been recognized multiple times by Financial Standard as one of the 50 most influential financial advisers in Australia in the FS Power50.

Monique entered the financial planning industry in 2016, beginning her career in administration and client services. She progressed into an Associate Adviser role in 2020 and, following the birth of her first child, continued to invest in her professional development by contracting her associate and administrative skills to remain actively engaged in the industry while staying present with her baby. She went on to complete her Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning in 2024. Earlier this year, she was awarded her Master of Financial Planning and is now an Associate Adviser at Finnerty Mann Stephan Financial Planning, where she is progressing through her Professional Year program and supporting Practice Operations.
Alongside her professional commitments, Monique is a devoted mum to her two young children, Teddy (4) and Anastasia (2), and fiancée to her partner, Jake.
